SPM started as a procurement and supply firm in 1995, servicing a diverse variety of industries in Nigeria with sole agency to host of Quality international Manufacturer including Flexitallic - The world renowned gasket company, Master Lock Security / Safety lock - a premier saftety and security lock company, Glamal, Viar Valvole, Marit to mention but a few .
About SPM
In 2007, in line with the directive of Federal Government of Nigeria Policy to develop local content, SPM acquire the License to manufacture Spiral wound gaskets In Nigeria from the Flexitallica Group and in March 2008, commissioned its factory in Warri, Delta state, where it manufactures Spinal Wound Gaskets and Soft-cut to Flexitallic's Standard.
